The statement about only bosses having full faces is incorrect, due to the existence of the yeti and the new lumos bosses.
How to Achieve the 2,509,749 Monster Defeats?[]
I understand some of the elements used to achieve 2,509,749 monster defeats. There are 262 monsters in the Nintendo Switch version of Miitopia, and I'm assuming you can defeat each one 9,999 times. 262 multiplied by 9,999 equals 2,619,738; 109,989 higher then the number listed in the trivia section in this page. However, you can kill every monster 9,999 times; so you take 109,989, divided it by 9,999, and you get 11; meaning there are 11 monsters that can only be defeated once. The general from the nightmare tower- the minotaur from the underground maze- the pharaoh from the great pyramid- the tomato bros from rotf- the grey slime from bigg forest- the blue frog from lotus lake- the lava golem from karkaton- the lava blob from karkaton- cerberus from karkaton- the dark lord- the yeti from powdered peaks- the hamburger from peculia- the woof o the wisp from peculia- the puppet monster from the vampire quest- the gold and blue golem from the sky scraper- the blue pharaoh from skyscraper- the pink frog and the 2 mini ones from skyscraper-
the red alien, the blue hammer and green frog are from permanent quests so cannot be rematched-
as you can see this is WAY more than 11
Tho what you can do is take all of this and do the following 262 - 20 = 242 242 x 9999 which gives 2 419 758
