The Strange Grove (Japanese: 怪しい森 Ayashī Mori; Suspicious Forest) is the one of the first areas of the game, and one of the playable areas in the demo. It is a lush green grove filled with vibrant grass, trees, vines and bushes to the south of Easin Hills.

Stage 1[]
A path with two forking paths. Has 1-3 battles. The chest on the first lower path contains 120G. The chest on the second upper path contains an MP Candy. Gives 10-29 EXP.
Battle 1 - Rock Moth, Smileshroom / Smileshroom x2 (if the first lower path is chosen)
Battle 2 - Smileshroom x2 (if the first upper path is chosen) / Rock Moth, Smileshroom x2 (if the first lower path is chosen, then the second lower path)
Battle 3 - Rock Moth, Smileshroom x2 (if the first upper path is chosen, then the second lower path)
Stage 2[]
A straight path. Has 1 battle. During the first visit, you fight the "Lovey-Dovey Woman" Mouse as well as 2 Smileshrooms. Gives 20 EXP on the first visit, and 7-10 EXP on subsequent visits.
