Rocky "Sarcastic Guy" (Japanese: ロックな"Mii's name" Rocky "Mii's name") is a large, boulder-like boss monster in Easin Hills, possessing the stolen face of the Sarcastic Guy.
This type of monster also makes an appearance as a Travelers' Hub quest monster found in a temporary dungeon, as it looks the same (albeit with a Traveler's Friend's face) and doesn't have an individual entry in the Monsters section of the Journal. Its moveset is even the same, though it's significantly stronger, being a post-game encounter.
Appearance[]
Rocky "Sarcastic Guy" is a grayish blue Rock-based monster, being a round yet rugged rock creature, with The Sarcastic Guy's (Traveler's Friend in post-game quests) face attached to the front of it. Its general physical appearance is later shared with its non-boss derivatives, Nose Rock, Rock Face, and Meteorite. It is the largest of the rock monsters.
History[]
Encounter[]
Once the protagonist and their three teammates approach further on Easin Hills, they will find the Sarcastic Guy's face floating about, who is frightened about the situation. Not long after, a large boulder appears, as his face is attached to the rock. A battle soon begins. In battle, The Rocky "Sarcastic Guy" is accompanied by two Cumuli and can deal a considerable amount of damage to a Mii and Miis adjacent to them. The Cumuli can heal it and themselves a moderate amount of HP. The party eventually defeats them all, rescuing the Sarcastic Guy. He states that he underestimated the player, and rewards them with 10 G.
Post-game[]
The Travelers' Hub quest variant can randomly show up in the end of a temporary dungeon, this time with the client's friend's face. Defeating it will clear the quest.
