The Red Fiend is one of the monsters that can be found in Tower of Despair, a location introduced in the Nintendo Switch version of Miitopia.
It is fought alongside two Blue Goddesses in the 6th Floor of the Tower.
As the name implies, it fights like a Fiend.
Appearance
The Red Fiend is a huge, red block-structured Imp that has the usual face of a Terror Fiend, with the spiteful eyes and curved gray eyebrows. Unlike other fiends, however, this one wields a red, glowing pitchfork instead of a scythe.

The Red Fiend, unlike other Tower of Despair monsters, does not have the "boss" tag, meaning it is susceptible to immobilizing status problems and one-hit KO skills. It also does not have 10000 speed like other Fiends, meaning that it can be attacked or even KO'd before its turn.
Trivia
- The animation for the Red Fiend's magic attack is recycled from the Clever Imp, but the "slash" effect from the Fiend's magic attack is still present.
- Much like how the Terror Fiend's health is 666, the Number of the Beast, the Red Fiend's health is 4,000, with 4 being the number of death in Japan.
