A permanent quest is a type of quest from the Travelers' Hub that cannot go away if the player takes too long to complete. These quests are necessary and will always appear in every save file. The quest itself, the traveler, and the job of the traveler are all random though. There are six quests like this with varying levels:
First quest[]
The quest level is always 25 and takes place in Galados Isle as a way to introduce the region to the player.
Second quest[]
The quest level is either 28 or 29 and takes place in Tschilly Peak.

The quest level is either 35 or 36 and takes place in the Midland Marsh.
