The Magma "Party Member" Slime (Japanese: マグマ"Mii's name"スライム Magma "Mii's name" Slime) is a boss monster who has one of the party members' face. After the player reaches Karkaton, they are able to recover the party member's face. This boss will have the face of the first teammate the player rescues.
Appearance
The Magma "Party Member" Slime is merely a blob of extremely hot magma and lava with the face of the 1st teammate you go to rescue.

Encounter
The Magma "Party Member" Slime's first appearance
After discovering three faceless party members in Haven Hollow, the Great Sage accompanies the protagonist to find their faces. After they go further on Karkaton Ascent, they will find a party member's face stuck on a magma slime. It deals a moderate amount of damage to the hero, but thanks to the Great Sage's help, they manage to defeat it, rescuing the first face out of three stolen. The respective teammate rescued will then rejoin the Hero's party.
