Items such as weapons and armor are requested by party members to increase different statistics and, thus, become stronger. Each job has a specific type of weapon and clothing, and it is not possible to give a Mii with a specific job to equip an item from another job. While in the Inn, a Mii can only request weapons/clothing from their current job for the player to buy. The player can change a Mii's bought and owned equipment using the Inn's menu, "Stuff". Though, using the Catalogue, any items can be given to a Mii with any job equipped, even if it is not suited for them (a warning will pop-up, saying the Mii currently has the wrong job for a purchased item). All jobs count 20 different weapons and most jobs have a total of 30 clothing items (Warrior having 31, and Pop Star has 16 for each gender).
The player can also equip clothing items for cosmetic purposes, not affecting the stats of the Mii, using the "Edit appearance" option in the Inn menu's "Stuff" option.

Trivia[]
- All Ragged clothing items are Roulette-only and purely cosmetic, meaning that it lowers the wearer stats to 1 point below the starting equipment, though all other job equipment can also be won at the Roulette using Game Tickets except for the default equipment a job starts with.
- While any gender can wear any armor (job permitting), if a female wears macho armor, they will sport a matching vein-y bra.
- Available equipment are determined by the highest level of all Mii characters.
- To obtain the Legendary equipment, at least one of the inn members' level must be the maximum 50. However, the player can also obtain them by recruiting level 50 travelers from Travelers' Hub.
- All clothing but the individual Female/Male Pop Stars have two hat variations per job. The Cat's variation is minor, but it can be identified by whether or not it has a visual separation (usually in color) from the inside of the ear and the outside. The Hero clothing and the Legendary clothing always have different models.
- Each job has a Polka Dot, Woolly, Macho, Heart, Super, Hero, Legendary, and Ragged clothing variant.
- Obtaining all the Ragged clothes is necessary for 100% completion.
