Changes: Heavy Hammer

Heavy Hammers are enemies that can be found in (?) and New Lumos.

Heavy Hammers are essentially green Ghost Mallets which wield iron sledgehammers with eyes on it.

Action name	Description
Hammer Hit	Hits a Mii with it's mallet.
Crying Hammer	Smashes a Mii in the face, causing the Crying effect.

The ghost resembles Slimer from The Ghostbusters, but this may be a coincidence.
