The "Shady Merchant Daughter" Blade (Japanese: 剣の"Mii's name" "Mii's name" Sword) is a boss fought in the Great Pyramid, alongside its partner, the "Shady Merchant Father" Shield.
This boss can also re-appear during a low-level quest from the Travelers' Hub. It looks the same (albeit with a Traveler's face) and doesn't have an individual entry in the Monsters section of the Journal. This version is fought alongside two Doom Shields.
Appearance[]
The "Shady Merchant Daughter" Blade has the appearance of a gray, metal sword with a striped, red and orange-colored handle, and bears the Shady Merchant Daughter's (Traveler's in post-game quests) face on its blade. The blade of the sword is notably battered, having scratches and dents. The stripes on the handle have the same pattern as the edge of the "Shady Merchant Father" Shield.

The Shady Merchant Daughter, along with everyone else in Neksdor, gets her face stolen by the Dark Lord, forcing the protagonist to go after her. Her face, alongside her father, are being held in the Great Pyramid, and are each attached to a sword and a shield, leading a battle to begin. In battle, the "Shady Merchant Daughter" Blade fights in a style opposite of the "Shady Merchant Father" Shield, having extremely high attack power but very low defense. Additionally, it can lend a hand to the "Shady Merchant Father" Shield when it attacks, dealing much higher damage. After a short battle, both the sword and the shield are defeated, and the Shady Merchant Daughter's face, alongside the face of her father, are restored.
Post-game[]
Which Travelers' Hub quests that feature this monster seem to be completely random, so do the dungeon location and the quest rewards. Defeating it will clear the quest.
