1. You can do an outing in tschilly peak as early as greenhorne first you need to do is first go to the powdered peaks sneak peek area in the arid frontier press the inn button and do an outing and taa daa!

2. You can fight an enemy in tschilly peaks early due to this but from what I've experienced myself so far on I only encountered a green snurp, this also how you can get the powered peaks battle theme early.
