Hi all,

Here are my tips for the Tower of Dread! (For the 2ds version of Miitopia)

1. HAVE A MIXED TEAM. It may be tempting to plonk a whole team of heavy hitters in a melee battle, but bring along some healers and mixed-skill fighters as well. When I challenged the Tower, I used a team of Imp, Cleric, Vampire, and Mage, but other combinations will work as well.

2. MAKE SURE YOU'VE LEVELLED UP. A LOT. Since the Tower of Dread is an escalation battle, lower-level Miis will struggle to fight bosses like the Dark Sun and King of Hounds. I'd recommend Miis of at least Level 40 or above; my main Mii was Level 47 when I first beat the Tower.

3. SAVE YOUR SPRINKLES. Your sprinkles, especially your Life Sprinkle, are of a limited number. You should only really use them if your healer is down, or the Mii that can revive others is down. Self-sustaining Miis, such as Imp or Flower, need less input when it comes to healing anyway. Plus, there's still such thing as HP Bananas!!

4. SAFE SPOT STRATEGY. The Safe Spot is there for you when you've ran out of Sprinkles, or when your Mii is affected with an incurable Status Condition. Healing takes up an entire turn, and only 1 Mii can go in the Safe Spot at a time. However, it also enables the Mii to avoid any attack while they are sat in the Spot. Use it when you need to- especially in later fights!

5. BRING SOMEONE FROM THE HUB. The Traveller's Hub is a place where you can accept quests from people, with the prospect of a big reward. Some of these NPCs will accompany you on your journey, meaning you'll have a 5-Mii party. The higher level the NPC, the more power you'll have. Plus, Monsters don't target NPCs, which is an advantage. The only downfall is that, when your party has fallen, the NPC will not continue to battle for you. The benefits far outweigh the negatives, however!

Habitat: Neksdor exclusively (not counting their polar cousins blue minotaurs).

Diet: Usually, Mintaurs only eat Mii Traps and other plants. But in the powdered Peaks and karkaton, blue minotaurs have adapted to eating meat where plants are scarce.

Predators: Cerberus and Dragons.

Competition: Griffins, Horses, cobras, and mummies.

Breeding Habits and Behavior: Unless it is a Blue Minotaur, Minotaurs typically spend the day grazing, and won't bother other species unless provoked. The hammers they have are stolen from local armored. The parents of a calf will willingly risk their lives to bring one to their offspring. However, when the calf out grows it's own hammer it must steal one for itself. Minotaurs will typically work out by trying to lift their hammers like dumbells. All male minotaurs do this a lot more constantly than females because they are the ones trying to show off. All minotaurs live under the mighty rule of King Cow in New Lumos!

i use mega fire, aki and yuii lend a hand, we deal 130 + 26 + 54 (210) damage to kc.

yuii: "I'll help too!"

aki: "And me!"

my mp is now 106.

akai attacks, dealing 48 damage to kc. "Hufffff!"

yuii attacks, shows off for me, and deals 53 damage to kc. "Huh!"

kc uses quake, dealing 27 damage to me, 43 damage to aki, 26 damage to akai, and 31 damage to yuii.

my hp is now 88.

aki's hp is now 109.

akai's hp is now 84.

yuii's hp is now 79.

kc uses one more time, attacks yuii, and deals 66 damage to her.

yuii's hp is now 13.

aki uses proud protector. "I'll protect you!"

i use mega fire, dealing 121 damage to kc.

my mp is now 91.

akai uses giga cure, restoring yuii 139 hp.

yuii: "Thank you!"

yuii's hp is now 110 (full)

akai's mp is now 84.

yuii attacks, dealing 34 damage to kc. "Ahhhhhh!"

kc attempts to attack yuii, but aki sheilds her.

aki: "Leave it to me!" kc deals 44 damage to aki.

yuii: "Thank you!"

aki's hp is now 65.

kc uses one more time, attempts to attack akai, but aki sheilds her.

aki: "Leave it to me!" kc deals 42 damage to aki.

akai: "Thank you!"

aki's hp is now 23.

aki eats an hp banana, restoring him 60 hp. "*chomp chomp*"

aki's hp is now 83.

i use giga lightning, dealing 178 damage to kc.

my mp is now 51.

akai uses mega cure, restoring aki 79 hp.

aki: "Thank you!"

aki's hp is now 152 (full).

akai's mp is now 72.

aki and akai are now r lv. 18 (cares about). they learned last wish together.

yuii uses glitch, dealing 63 damage to kc.

yuii's mp is now 92.

kc uses quake, dealing 25 damage to me, 41 damage to aki, 27 damage to akai, and 31 damage to yuii.

my hp is now 63.

aki's hp is now 111.

akai's hp is now 83.

yuii's hp is now 79.

kc uses one more time, and attacks aki, who is looking elsewhere. yuii tries to warn aki to move, but aki didn't notice in time.

yuii: "Look out!"

aki: "Ha?" kc deals 59 damage to aki.

aki's hp is now 52.

aki eats an hp banana, restoring him 60 hp. (why is he always eating those? smh that's why we run out of bananas so quickly) "*chomp chomp*"

aki's hp is now 112.

i attack kc, and akai lends a hand. we deal 27 + 54 (81) damage.

me: "Huh!"

akai uses mega cure, and yuii lends a hand, restoring me 74 + 37 (111) hp.

me: "Thanks!"

my hp is now 115 (full).

yuii uses get serious + glitch, dealing 86 damage to kc.

yuii's mp is now 87.

kc attacks me, dealing 51 damage.

my hp is now 64.

kc uses one more time, attacks yuii, and deals 60 damage.

yuii's hp is now 19.

for some really dumb reason, i put akai in the safe spot.

aki attacks kc. samantha and yuii use pincer.

samantha: "Pincer!"

yuii: "Me too."

they deal 74 + 54 + 42 (170) damage to kc.

aki: "Heeeee!"

i attack kc, show off for yuii, and deal 43 damage. "Ahhhhhh!"

akai's still in the safe spot… idk why. i wasn't paying attention to how much hp and mp was restored, but now she has 110 (full) hp and 100 mp.

yuii uses cure.exe on herself, restoring her 37 hp and 19 mp.

yuii's mp is now 77.

yuii's hp is now 56.

yuii restored the mp she lost, and her mp is now 96.

kc used quake, dealing I WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION AGAIN! damage… uh

my hp is now 39.

aki's hp is now 68.

yuii's hp is now 24.

kc uses one more time, attacks aki, and deals 55 damage.

aki's hp is now 13.

aki doesn't have any hp bananas left (honestly aki you shouldn't even be surprised), so i give one to him. 60 hp is restored to him.

aki: "No HP Bananas left…"

me: "You'd better take this."

aki: "Thanks! *chomp chomp*"

aki's hp is now 73.

i attack, and yuii uses ignite. i deal 43 damage to kc.

me: "OK!"

yuii: "Ready!"

me: "Huh!"

yuii's mp is now 90.

AKAI'S STILL IN THE SAFE SPOT!!

40 mp is restored to akai.

akai's mp is now 104 (full).

yuii eats an hp banana, restoring her 60 hp. "*chomp chomp*"

yuii's hp is now 84.

kc uses quake, dealing 26 damage to me, 44 damage to aki, and 29 damage to yuii.

my hp is now 13.

aki's hp is now 29.

yuii's hp is now 55.

kc uses one more time, and attacks me, and i'm looking elsewhere. yuii warns me, and i dodge.

yuii: "Look out!"

me: "Ha?"

me: "Thanks for that!"

me and yuii's relationship with each other is now 48 (together forever).

aki's out of hp bananas. it goes exactly like last time he was, except now he has 89 hp.

i attack kc, show off for yuii, and deal 44 damage.

yee yee akai still in dat safe spot.

yuii uses glitch, i lend a hand, and we deal 63 + 49 (112) damage.

me: "I'll pitch in!"

yuii's mp is now 85.

kc uses quake, dealing 27 damage to me, 45 damage to aki, and 33 damage to yuii.

my hp is now 88.

aki's hp is now 44.

yuii's hp is now 77.

kc uses one more time, attacks aki, and deals 57 hp, killing him.

aki: "Sorry, peeps…"

which makes me activate avenge.

me: "Uh-uh!"

i attack kc, dealing 89 damage. "Grrrarrr!"

i attack kc, and yuii uses absorb.

me: "Let's do it!"

yuii: "Wait!"

me: "Huh!"

i deal 27 damage to kc, and recieve 27 hp.

my hp is now 115 (full).

akai. is. still. in. the. safe. spot.

yuii activates get serious, then uses glitch, dealing 93 damage.

yuii's mp is now 70.

kc uses quake, dealing 25 damage to me and 29 damage to yuii.

my hp is now 90.

yuii's hp is now 48.

kc uses one more time, attacks yuii, and deals 67 damage, killing her.

yuii: "Hmph."

which makes me activate avenge.

me: "Uh-uh!"

actually, it's avenge 111. which is the first time any mii used avenge 111.

i attack kc, dealing 97 damage. "Grrrarrr!"

i attack kc, dealing 30 damage. "Ahhhhhh!"

AKAI GET OUT OF THE SAFE SPOT WE NEED YOU SERIOUSLY I WAS SO DUMB A WEEK AGO

kc uses one more time, attacks me, and deals 53 damage.

my hp is now 10.

i attack kc, dealing 30 damage. "Huh!"

why was i so stupid a week ago? akai's still in the safe spot.

kc uses quake, dealing 25 damage to me, killing me. "Hmph."

yuii uses resurgence, which is the first time a mii has used it. she gets up and yells, "Samantha… I'll fight on for you!" (seriously i am living for this assist, it helps because i was so dumb and never took akai out of the safe spot) anyways, 22 hp is restored to yuii.

kc uses one more time and attacks yuii, which would have killed her if i didn't use last wish (the first time a mii has used it). i thought, "Don't lose, Yuii!" and all of yuii's hp was restored.

yuii: "Not losing here!"

yuii's hp is now 110 (full).

kc deals 62 damage to yuii.

yuii's hp is now 48.

someone finally knocked some sense into me and i took akai out of the safe spot. yay!

i don't feel like typing anymore ughhhhh yuii was out of hp bananas so akai gave her one and yuii got 60 hp yyaayaayya so her hp is now 108

kc attacked yuii and dealt 63 damage so now yuii has 45 hp

kc attacks akai who activated patience so kc only dealt 35 damage and now akai's hp is 75

akai giga revived aki and yuii lent a hand so now aki is alive with 134 hp

yuii's out of banans so akai shared one with her so they both got 30 hp, akai's hp is now 105 and yuii's hp is now 75

kc used quake and nobody died

kc attacked akai and dealt 66 damage so now she has 12 hp

aki b**** slapped me so i was revived. jk i'm still dead

akai giga revived me so i now have 89 hp

yuii used glitch, akai lent a hand, so they did 67 + 42 damage

kc attacked yuii and she would've died but like since aki's kind he protected her and now he has 31 hp

akai just died lol

yuii used avenge and dealt 107 damage

aki b**** slapped akai so she was revived with 10 hp

i used giga lightning with the help of aki, akai and yuii and we dealt 164 + 70 + 28 + 89 damage

akai mega cured herself with the help of me, aki and yuii so now she has full hp

yuii's showing off for me and dealt 53 damage

kc used quake and aki died so i used avenge and dealt 91 damage

yuii's looking elsewhere and i warned her so she dodged

i used sleep tight on yuii and she was restored 55 hp

akai giga revived aki and he has 92 hp

yuii woke up with max hp

kc used quake and no one died

kc attacked yuii and dealt 65 damage so now she has 13 hp

aki's showing off for me and he used darkeye slash and dealt 212 damage

i used fire and i dealt 46 damage

akai mega cured yuii and aki helped so she now has max hp and r lv. 21 (close) with akai
