Oh, I think I know what you mean, the Fashionista medal right? You don't even need an Amiibo for that, just buy EVERY SINGLE costume for your mii, in ONE mii character.

That means, for all class on one Mii character too. So yeah, I got it very easily. That is one of the first one I unlocked. Dunno why you are having trouble unlocking it. Just go back and check and see if your Mii really have all the class costume bought.

The Amiibo ones doesn't count.

I Did, But somehow, It Didn't Register, Which is why I Gave up and started a Brand New Playthrough with 99% of the Medals Completed.

Are you sure you bought it for EVERY SINGLE CLASS? On one Mii character? That mean that one Mii have to be all the class on only him/her, and you bought ALL COSTUME OF ALL CLASS for only him/her.

Either that or you missed buying one, that can happen.

I Changed into all the Classes with One Mii and got all of them Through Catalog to save Time. What else would I Need to do then...?

Hmm does that including legendaries too? Or you just happen to miss buying one, I know I almost did. But thank god I caught on before it is too late, Fashionista and Master of Arms is probably the easiest gold medal to unlock.

I Even got all the Legendary and Ragged Stuff.

And for me, The Tower of Dread is the Easiest one for me while the Master of Arms Medal is the Second-Easiest due to how much Time you have to Spend.

Yes, you definitely miss buying one by accident, next time, be extra careful and go from top to bottom again, just to be sure. Or you can look up how many costumes for each class and then go and count how many you have for each class, then you will know if you missed one.
